Zen Zen ist eine Form der stillen Meditation.
Im Mittelpunkt steht das Sitzen – im Zen „Zazen
genannt“.


Beim Zazen sitzen wir aufrecht und aufmerksam.
Der Atem kommt und geht. Gedanken tauchen auf und ziehen weiter.
Es geht nicht darum, etwas Besonderes zu erleben oder etwas zu
erreichen. Wir üben, einfach da zu sein.
